You don’t cut corners when you bake. Especially with a new recipe. Especially when said recipe is something so daunting that it took you two years to face it.
And yet, that’s exactly what I did: I skimmed through the instructions and now my croissants are too dense… Nothing that a dollop of Nutella can’t fix though.
